Wikis are overrated!

OK, I was excited when seeing the example of how one would collaboratively plan what to take on a vacation trip with various family members. However, when I looked at samples of Wikis....I just couldn't relate....perhaps more time and one on one explanation would help me relate.

I did create a Wiki and invited my 2 daughters and granddaughter to contribute "Things to Do" in Ipswich, MA. I will be keeping my grandchildren for 2 weeks there and needed some ideas of attractions or sights that we could visit.

I was pleasantly surprised when sites to visit "magically" appeared on my Wiki......it was the younger generation ringing in.......My what a learning curve!
